The Scottsboro Small Business Council has been active in Scottsboro and Jackson County for more than a decade and has a mission of promoting small businesses and local trade within the county. The SBC also works within the local communities to promote local events and activities in an effort to drive customers to our beautiful slice of heaven nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and Tennessee River.

Mission Statement
· Promoting positive aspects of local trade.
· Sponsoring workshops for local businesses.
· Conducting monthly meetings to discuss local business issues.
· Sponsoring and promoting community activities.
· Participating actively in legislative matters affecting small business.
